What Madeline Shafer doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
The store had no other customers in it, and Jaclynn R served my boyfriend who is black. She never asked his name, and typed a “n” for the order name. I noticed it when he came home. Any other letter, or no letter would have been acceptable. Micro aggressions and blatant racism are disgusting and should never be tolerated. Do better. View all feedback. We got wraps from Tropical Smoothie (Bearden location) for a rehearsal dinner and they were fantastic. Everything was prepared freshly and on time just as we asked. They were a big hit and I would highly recommend them. Flawless dealing with these folks. Will definitely use them again for large or small events. View all feedback.
