Sonic Drive-in - Knoxville

Drive thru attendant kept half the change assuming it a tip. Then proceeded to the corner for a Sally’s beauty salon session with another employee to get her hair braided while in the meantime our order and the next car in lines order were waiting on the counter to be passed out. Then forgot our ice cream. Food was fresh but the overall satisfaction of the visit was unpleasant.

Weekday mornings are a must stop in at this sonic as Michelle the order taker and drive thru worker is awesome she will try to make anything you order even if it is not on the menu anymore and solves customer issues that happens even on different shifts.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyParking: Lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Has at least one spot

The person taking our order wouldn't even let us finish speaking before she was asking what else. Not good customer service at all. Food good though.

We were taking a break from Sonic due to the disappointment. This place has us loving it again. Tots we're hot, breakfast burritos were wrapped nicely. Also our car hop made sure we had condiments. A+

Worst fast food place I have ate at ever I ordered a double cheese burger they brought me a single I had them remake it I pinched off a piece of meat to make sure they didn't reuse it as they took it back in the store also which.they wasn't supposed to cause of Covid guidelines which if I would have had cob I'd would be a major problem well they brought out the same piece of meat that I pinched off so I called for a Manager and told her what happened she stated that I washed them make that fresh I told her no it was a pinched off a piece of my meat when they took my other sandwich back in and this is the same piece I took a picture of it she insisted on arguing that it was not the same piece of meat this place is disgusting I would not eat here again
