We ordered the Rib Shack Platter with three meats and two sides for just $20. The platter included ribs, brisket, pulled pork, cowboy beans, mac and cheese, and onion rings (the extra side was only $1). The service was quick and friendly, and it was refreshing to see the staff actually working instead of being on their phones. I should mention that this place serves "fast food," and we received our meals even quicker... View all feedback.
What Mark Marquez doesn't like about Rib Shack:
I ordered the $25 full rack of ribs, expecting a satisfying meal, but what I received was a dry, tough rack of meat. Fortunately, a young lady on staff stepped in and offered a resolution, which I really appreciated – kudos to her for putting customer service first! However, the young man who served me the subpar ribs could use some training. After this experience, I’m not eager to return to this Rib Shack. View all feedback.
The food was good, but we felt that the pages were too small for the price. The store seemed clean. The gentleman on the phone who took our order was nice and the gentleman in the register was nice.
I have had their food catered to work a few times, this was my husband’s 1st time. Ribs were delicious and beans were good!
A person at the Sprint Car HOF recommended we eat here. They were correct it was very good. The brisket was phenomenal.
The food was okay but the sweet potato fries were delicious. The brisket had a lot to be desired.
It's terrible at best. I've tried it 3 times. The brisket tastes like dry roast beef. The chicken oh . And that sauce is most definitely offensive. It's bad.
