Panera Bread - Feedback

They can't seem to get an order correct. If I order a turkey bacon sandwich, it should have some turkey on it don't you think? Not sure how they can fail this b...

It's been a very long time since I've been to Panera. Used to get the chicken salad sandwich, which I remember always being pretty good. Not so today... for $9....

This is the literal rotting apple they gave me in addition to forgetting my sandwich initially. Rarely go to Panera, but this seals me probably never going back...
