O'charley's - Knoxville

Dinner was good. My steak was undercooked but they fixed it and gave me fresh sides. Server was very nice and so helpful.

We had a bad experience with the cedar lane location nearly 10 years ago and vowed to never return. Decided to give this location a try after all those years.. pleased to say the food was great. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. It was nothing less than a great experience. We shall return!!

You could just eat here for their rolls. Served warm with real whipped butter before we ordered our food. They have a bar area with tv and table top seating there to dine as well. Booths and table seating for dinning through out the rest of the restaurant Family friendly. Many different things to chose from on the menu. Nice employees .

Brandy provided outstanding service during our visit. Despite the large party present, we were never left wanting. The chicken strips were truly exceptional, and there was plenty of food for everyone. All the dishes were served hot, and everything was incredibly flavorful. Trena, the hostess, made us feel like part of the family. I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be making a trip across town just to come back!

We had a delightful experience at Ocharley's. My friends and I enjoyed lunch there, and we were able to chat and savor our time together. Our wonderful server, Sterling, took great care of us throughout our visit. He has served my family before, and he was, as always, exceptional—very friendly, attentive to our needs, and he never let our glasses go empty! The overall atmosphere was warm and incredibly relaxing.
