What Courtney Cornelius doesn't like about Fu House:
I placed an online order from the fuhouse Knoxville website that came up on Google. Went to pick up my order and they had no order. They said the website I placed the order on they didn't use anymore. I would have no way of knowing that since I received a confirmation number for pick up. I told them they need to deactivate that website then, and they told me to send them an email. IT'S NOT MY BUSINESS! They offered n... View all feedback.
I have an online order from the fuhouse knoxville website that came to google. I wanted to pick up my order and they had no command. they said the website I didn't use the order on them anymore. I would not have been able to know that since I received a confirmation number for the collection. I told them to disable this website and they told me to send them an email. that is not my money! They offered no excuse or tried to speed up my order so that they do not get 1 cent of my geld forward.
This place is terrible and if they are a vegetarian, it is a great place to eat because they give them no meat in their eating and a lot of vegetable oil is used. I have bark and vegetables in a brown sauce. the dish was full of uncooked broccoli sauce mushrooms in a tiny piece of bark which had gristle throughout the flesh, it is what we call mysterious flesh. also ordered chicken lo mine, there was no chicken had hardly any sweet in it and it tasted right up like vegetable oil in the lo my noodles were so overcooked they were tasty. also ordered chicken brooding there were two pieces of chicken in it and it was all tear not a sweet. we didn't eat anything because we were so afraid we were getting sick. the egg rolls were good and the house special suppe was good I never order eating from this place again they spend $55 on eating and they expect it to be good. it sucks that eating was not good because it was the only place I could get to deliver, and now I have to try to find another Chinese food place that supplies because I don't eat over or a credit card to order food, so it's kind of hard to get food from places, so please read this review and take it to heart that eating is terrible? I didn't think you could miss Chinese food as bad as those people screwed it when you order food from this place.
Great food, great prices! the owners are super nice and are super appreciate our business. we eat here regularly!

I have been going there for years. Good food and good service. But lately I’ve noticed that they are putting less MEAT in their dishes. Lots of RICE, plenty of Lomein, but you can’t find the beef or chicken, or shrimp. That’s a deal breaker for me. Did they think their customers wouldn’t notice?
