We’ve been here with friends several times. The ramen is very good but the prices are pretty high. I had a chicken salad last time that was expensive and pretty underwhelming. The drink I had was good but small. Easy to get to if you park under the bridge. View all feedback.
What Preston Havill doesn't like about Fin-two Japanese Ale House:
The ramen here looked really good so I can by and tried the Tonkotsu. It looked really good in person too, but it’s not really ramen, and I don’t think the chef who made it knows Japanese food very well. It was mostly French American style placeholders. Not bad food but definitely no umami within a 100 miles of that broth. Also the bartender was vacant, tried to get a refill but she talked to her friends and didn’t c... View all feedback.
This was an amazing find. Went to go to Southern Grit and it was closed on Mondays. But found this place instead. The Sushi was probably the best I have ever had and the Pork Belly Ramen was awesome!! The service was friendly and quick. You have to try this place!!

Also the bartender was vacant, tried to get a refill but she talked to her friends and didn’t check on me until I had been done for 15 minutes. Very college kids staff vibe for a nice looking restaurant. Will check out every other ramen place in Knox before I come back here
Phenomenal! Quick service, great food and the bar is great. Definitely a place to go for the best sushi and ramen in Knoxville. 5 stars all day long. Sit at the bar and ask for Alyssa- she’s amazing!!
We absolutely loved our meal. The atmosphere was very cool and modern. They were playing great music and had different animes playing on the wall. Everyone was super happy with what we ordered. I am gluten-free, and they were so accommodating and even brought me tamari for my sushi. We will absolutely be back again!Dietary restrictions: They had so many wonderful gluten-free options. I do not find that often at Japanese restaurants, but they had so many and I felt very comfortable ordering from them.
