Absolutely great service! We went in when they had a new person working the register. We had some issue with a coupon we had, but he fixed it quickly and was super nice during the whole process. Selection as far as donuts was limited, but that didn't really bother me. View all feedback.

Don 't order from their app. I order half a dozen donut and paid online. Went to pick it up and they didn 't have two of the donuts I choose. So I said just switch them to anything with sprinkles because it 's for a 2 and 4 year old girl. The man said I got you. He handed me the box and we drove away. Water?. We been there a few times and their ice coffee can be a bit watered down and they use less syrup, probably to save money. It was nasty today!!
Worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to.... I've stopped at this location twice (I should have learned the first time). The Indian fellow working the drive through is rude and their donuts are stale. They don't have a list of donuts at the drive thru like other locations and when I asked for a few options I was told I needed to come in and look...because it's so hard for them to read off a couple to me? There was no one behind me in line. I also ordered an ice coffee that I've ordered at other DD and this one was nasty. Avoid this location if possible. I've had much better service, fresher donuts, and better drinks at the Maryville and Kingston Pike locations.
Dunkin' Donuts is a good place to grab inexpensive coffee and, of course, donuts.
OK, I have to say thisI am fed up with Dunkin' Donuts. Every day I get a large decaf coffee with cream and sugarEvery day.
My wife and I stopped here on our way through town.
