We were riding through the area on a motorcycle, when the weather turned threatening. These employees welcomed us into the store to wait out the storm. We were there for an hour and a half! At least two tornados touched down in the area. They were even so kind as to bring a chair out from the back for me to sit. Thank you to those thoughtful and kind employees. View all feedback.

Service and food was great however, I wish Casey’s would spend the money to upgrade both its POS system and chip readers. I shouldn’t have to spend 20 minutes in a store because the cashier is struggling to check me out. This is on Casey’s, not the stores themselves. Shame on you. View all feedback.

Customer service is horrible by certain employees that work there

Ordered the pepperoni pepperoni specialty. Very little pepperoni. Replaced with entirely to much cheese. Store was not busy at all. It was 830 in the evening.
