Abitza Cafe and Healing Centre - Knox

..first of all, I love having this place as one of my local cafes and I have been here a number of times. The staff are just so darn lovely and inviting. I have only been on the weekends and there is a steady flow of cliental, which means its generally busy. As for food consistency, I usually get the eggs Atlantic (poached eggs, hollandaise and salmon) and its always delish. We have been with a larger group with kids, and there are activities for the kids in one of the rooms to keep them occupied - the meals were a little delayed, but that was because it was a busy morning.Highly recommend this place for the yummy food, great staff and lovely environment..

We go to Abitza Cafe and Healing Centre every Saturday morning for a delicious brekkie. Trudy adds her own flair to the meals. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. Sue Williams - creator and owner of this amazing space welcomes everyone. A lovely, cosy cafe with more to offer than what first meets the eye. The staff are warm and welcoming and seem to really enjoy their work place. The tea and coffee is great. The atmosphere feels like a secret haven away from the world. If you go for breakfast, I highly recommend the eggs benedict.

This little place serves the absolute best raw and vegan desert delights. Atmosphere is pleasant especially if you get the couch near the fire in winter. Don't expect fast service because everything is cooked fresh and they are often under the pump. Friendly service though. Good selection of food items meat and vegetarian.Great choice of milks for good coffee and a selection of crystals, giftware and cards to peruse while you wait.

Abitza cafe in upwey is my favourite cafe in the hills. The food is great so many options whether it be for vegetarian vegan paleo or regualar diet. The backyard courtyard is such a beautiful and peaceful place to have lunch and the staff are always friendly and caring. Great place to take kids aswell with a kids corner and lots of toys. Could not reccomend more!!!
