Despite having some good reviews on the platform... read more We were disappointed with the hotel room service, so we decided to order from a restaurant on Just Eat instead. Despite having some good reviews on the platform, the food was actually awful. The pizza was horrendous, the chicken strips were okay, and the burger was overcooked and hard. Overall, it was a poor dining experience.

Upon opening the food that arrived, a chicken kebab... read more Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 1hr 20minutes to have half an order delivered, phoned up to complain. Upon opening the food that arrived, a chicken kebab was clearly lamb so had to phone again. Delivery man came again with the rest of the order but no kebab. He then phoned himself to ask about the kebab and told them to bring garlic bread (I assume to sweeten me as I was furious at this point). Different man came a 3rd time, his first words were telling me I don 't get the free garlic bread with my order....!! It escaped him that I didn 't ask for this that it was his driver! The next words were that the first kebab was chicken and that I was wrong. His words, 'we sell many, many, it 's special sauce, you make mistake, you not know it 's chicken. I pointed out that I 'd had many CHICKEN kebabs and that chicken was not pink and clearly smelling of lamb. He wouldn 't listen, gave me another kebab, I told him I would never buy from them again. On opening this kebab, (which was not cooked through) if it was chicken, it came from a very peculiar bird. I didn 't see the point in phoning a 3rd time to be verbally abused...this kebab is in the bin. Unprofessional, extremely rude and utterly disgusting service.
