The adminis... read more We visited this place for lunch on 08/27/2023. What should I start with..... There was some kind of event on the summer veranda of this institution. The administrator said that you can only dine in the hall. We went into the hall, sat down at the table and then the administrator said that they had only 1 menu left. We laughed, well, what to do, it’s okay, we say enough is enough for us after 30 minutes, the waiter came up, who took our order from us. After about 50 minutes, the waitress returned to us, who brought us 2 glasses of juice and 2 alcoholic cocktails (ordered 3 . Then she said that, unfortunately, due to the large number of people on the summer veranda, they ran out of one ingredient to create the third cocktail and asked to choose something else (choose . After about another 15 minutes, the waitress came to us again and brought us salads and then there was a problem ...... 1. One of the salads contained parsley or cilantro. This was not listed on the menu. One of my friends present with me is categorically contraindicated for this greenery. She tried to remove it, but there was sooooo much of it and she freaked out, allowed the waitress and said that she would not eat this salad. it contains greens that she can’t have and it is not listed in the composition of the dish on the menu. This salad was taken away and never brought back. Next, the same girlfriend bring a hot dish and what do you think is in it? Uraaa cilantro which is also not listed in the composition. She again reported this to the waitress, she took the hot dish and brought in about 5 minutes the same dish, but without cilantro. Having examined this dish, she noticed that there was practically no cilantro. These employees simply removed the cilantro that lay on top with their own hands and returned the dish ... Simply the best . Also, cocktails..... A big glass with about 80% ice, no seriously 80% is ice. They drank like water.... Then after dinner we asked for the bill and then a surprise. The same uneaten salad was included in the bill they seriously took it away, did not return it and turned it off on the bill. Then we began to resent, for what reason is it included in the bill ?! The waitress rudely began to communicate with us and said that the salad needs to be paid. We told her that the salad had an ingredient not listed in the composition and for this reason it was abandoned. She just as plainly began to prove that cilantro is listed in the composition and now she will bring us a menu so that we can make sure. Then the waitress left. After 10 minutes, the cafe administrator came to us with a menu, who opened the menu and wanted to prove something to us, but what was her surprise when she also did not find cilantro in the dish. Then we told her that they don 't do that in normal cafes. The manager left silently. After another 5-7 minutes, our nervous waitress came, who removed the unfortunate salad from the bill and left with an unhappy look after paying the bill. About food..... 1. Portions are small. 2. The composition of the dishes does not correspond to those indicated in the menu. 3.Some dishes were unbearably spicy. (Accordingly, this is not indicated . 4. Rude staff. 5. Fraud with bill payment. When leaving this institution, we had a view of the kitchen (the door was open . Dirt is visible to the naked eye. Cooks without head protection (cap do not want to eat hair.
