Very good food, super nice and friendly staff, good location and a pleasant atmosphere. A bit expensive, but all sushi places are. For those who do not like it, they have a little fish sushi. Futo kylling teriyaki uses for example chicken. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sushi Namnam Kleppestø:
decent service and good food, but small portions compared to the same restaurant in Amfi, and significantly smaller portions than iSushi at Sartor. Minus also because they don't have a children's menu like Åsane, for children who don't like sushi and spring rolls. View all feedback.
Here was the customer service that just ruined the experience. We wanted to eat sushi and have a 2-year-old boy with us. We ordered water for the food. Since the water crisis occurred in summer before and in particular with regard to the child, we decided that we were not supplied with water from the tap water. When we asked, the waitress seemed extremely insulted and asked in a decreasing tone that we really thought she would serve bad water. We didn't even have time to defend the question before she turned and went behind the counter. We were served to the water with a sarcastic remark, with something like here is clean water for you. We were served the food that tasted perfectly, but the waiter ignored us for the rest of the visit and the atmosphere in the room was simply python. The relief was greater to get out of the restaurant than to order the food. You have a nice restaurant with fantastic food, but I have never experienced a worse customer service.
The best sushi in Bergen! Fantastically good people who work there, incredibly good service and smiling staff. Recommended!
Good mat, miscellaneous customer service. We chose to eat dinner here on my cage day. The choice was falt on Sushi Namnam Kleppestø and not Askøy lateed when a child of 4 people likes not Sushi or childyen theirs. We spared about it was ok to 2 of 5 eating pizza for noen months ago and got to answer it was null problem. We tenkte that it was not necessary oh this time, but tok feil. We ordered mat and drink for approx.800, . When we spar about a hold of the child with pizza we got to answer that we could not eat pizza in the restaurant. We sa we have spared about it earlier and that it was ok. The answer was that it was not as she drove the restaurant when, how we could vite, it was the same name today. She talked to us on a special descent and unfinanced, and this edema all the morning dinner. It didn’t talk about when she didn’t hear a word of it we sa. We sa that this we do not give us the answer to this one at a time, but not later. And that the mat was ready, but we could get the mat with us. We sa it was a burday fever and 3 of 4 would have sushi. Had we showed this, we did not go here when it blirs that 1 child does not eat noe it likes when it is a talk about the burday rushing to a family member. It comes no regrets, or tip about the mat was good. We ble ignorert the rest of the besought. The Sushi was good, but no one of the verses I have earned by customer service.
A wonderful cook! Refined combinations of flavors in dishes, excellent presentation. Always smiling and happy staff.
Really good mat, super nice and wonderful staff, good location and cozy atmosphere. Really expensive but all sushi spots are it. They have no non-raw fish-sushi for those who do not like it. Futo chicken teriyaki brukt chicken, for example.
