Bambus - Kitzingen

Well, the complaints after my knee surgery have unfortunately forced an out-planned visit to the surgeon last Wednesday. After the investigation, the drug administration and the connection therape were changed... ..and this morning was over again. In the stomach area, a grumping pointed out that food intake was recommended. We were only recently at the BAMBUS restaurant, but it is very close from practice. AND: Right in front of the local entrance we found a parking lot payable, so it was clear that with my four legs, I favored this short way compared to possible alternatives in the vicinity. I already described the restaurant. It was well visited at noon. Right on the window we found both, my Gatte driver and I a two table with a view of the streets. A young service force, possibly a holiday jobber, greeted us and brought the cards. She also pointed to us the offer card already on the table and the lunch menus. We had enough time to study maps. The now ordered drinks came to the table well cooled immediately. In total we chose: 1x lunch M 7 : Tom Yan Gai : Thai soup with chicken breast, fresh mushrooms, red onions, tomatoes Thai basil, lemongrass leaves Vit Xao Mang : crispy duck with seasonal vegetables, bamboo sprouts, paprika onions in dark spices for my spouse to a total of €8.50. For me I ordered 1x lunch M 9 : Vegetarian mini breakfast rolls with sweet spicy dip as an appetizer and as main dish Vit Chua Ngot : crispy duck with vegetables in sweet acid fruit sauce to a total of €8.50. Drinks 1x Erdinger White Beer alcohol-free 0.5 ltr at 3,60 € and 1x Johannisbeernectar Schorle 0.4 ltr at 3,40 € correspond to the local prices. The service power lasted the appetizers together after a short waiting period. Soup spring rolls tasted very good. That's how it could go on! To clean up, the boss, an Asian, came to the table and wondered how it tasted. The main dishes came after a small break and were lushly portioned to our surprise. Each portion consisted of two small ducks dressed on the respective supplements. Thus, the crispy skin remained crispy to enjoyment and was not softened by the sauces. The bowl of rice was immediately added. The dishes were prepared very tasty; the sharpness was discreetly present, but by the sauces held at the table, it reads to increase spices according to the particular need of the guest. While we consumed the dishes, the service came to the table to ask if we were satisfied. Shortly to the portion size: We're talking about a lunch table menue! However, the portion sizes were only insignificantly smaller than in our first visit the dishes from the main card. And for me the portion was too big! I read the rest. For the sturdy aluminium shell ... 0.50 € are calculated extra. But you will be immediately informed. For this, together with the cash bonus, there is a fortune cookie for everyone from the boss. Conclusion: Here the guest always receives very good food proportioned at an exceptionally good price. That's why we like to come back to dinner again! We didn't notice cleanliness. Wir waren schon in vielen Städten und Ländern beim Sushi-Essen und haben Einiges ausprobiert. Bei Bambus ist die Qualität einfach immer top und anhaltend gut. Bestes Sushi-Lokal im Umkreis und darüber hinaus

Dass das Restaurant immer ausgebucht ist spricht für sich, wir waren schon mehr als 30 mal dort und die Qualität ist der Hammer, Sushi von der Chefin gemacht und das Thai Curry excellent! Die Preise sind für die Qualität extrem niedrig und der Mittagstisch ist ein echtes Schnäppchen! Rundum kann es empfehlen und die Küche ist so sauber dass man von Boden essen könnte!

--nun gut...unser Schöpfer war bei der Verteilung von Umgangsformen vielleicht nicht immer fair---aber wenn die Küche nicht einmal die (winzigen) Frühlingsrollen selber produzieren kann, und die "Nachlieferung" der obligatorischen Sauce e x a c t acht Minuten dauert... naja...-Der Reis war ein--pardon- MATSCH !! ,den man vom Löffel abkratzen mußte ---und dass wir die Rechnung drei mal anmahnen mußten...dafür hielt die Bedienung ausführliche Schwätzchen mit der Küche...
