Description
**Restaurant Review: Steamers – A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Steamers boasts a lively atmosphere and attentive staff, making it a pleasant destination for diners seeking a beachside meal. While many have praised standout dishes like the seafood bisque and Mahi Mahi, others find the menu lacking in bold flavor and variety. Concerns have been raised about food preparation, particularly regarding allergies and portion sizes. Overall, while enjoyable for some, the restaurant appears to struggle with consistency—excelling in service but often falling short in culinary execution. If you're after a casual, reliable meal without the crowds, Steamers may still be worth a visit.

My wife and I ordered dishes from the winter menu and both were excellently prepared and delicious. The service was great; our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The only downside was a mixed drink I ordered from the evening menu. I was informed that it would be spicy, but it was definitely too much for me. I could only manage a few sips. The atmosphere was an appealing modern coastal design, and the noise level made it easy to have conversations. Overall, it was an outstanding culinary experience.
Loved the simplicity of the restaurant. Loved the meals we had. The food was well prepared with good presentation. We will definitely be back in the future.
We love Steamers! It’s consistently excellent in every aspect. One of our favorites!
Fours of us went to dinner on Friday evening and we were all thrilled with our meal. The seafood was absolutely fresh and flavorful. Iwe all had different dishes: Seared yellowtail w/fried oysters over mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley Seafood bisque Fish chips Fried clams We would go back in a heartbeat.
Our entire group on vacation went here (six kids and six adults . The staff did a good job at getting us a long table so that we could all sit together. There were several mixed drinks ordered. The old-fashioned was the only one that we had to send back (wasn’t any good . But, they replaced it with something else. They had a couple chef options, which were good choices for seafood lovers. One was the halibut (picture attached in another one was fish that was similar to grouper. we can’t remember what it was called . One guy got a pound of steam shrimp which she said was very good. The other buddy got crab legs and his only complaint was there really wasn’t a lot of crab legs with one order. Wish there was more. Overall, great atmosphere inside the restaurant. The floor plan is wide open, so you don’t feel like you’re squeezed into any little corner or anything like that. The bathrooms were cleaned. The waitress did a good job taking care of our entire group. You can check out the Summer 2024 menu in the pictures
