What elizabeth smith doesn't like about Starbucks:
Never have I seen it take 3 people to make one cup of coffee with 5 people behind the counter just talking and playing around with two customers. Coffee was great so was the food, but service coulda been better. I've had 5 star service at this location so as someone who is in the service industry this was a disappointment. Jacob is an absolute GEM!! I met him when he trained at my particular Starbucks in Williamsburg, VA. He said he was training for the Starbucks in the Outer Banks, but I didn’t catch which one. If you have him, cherish him! Thank you again, Jacob and I will definitely be paying it forward. Service: 5
