Josephine's Sicilian Kitchen

Stumbled upon this place during our vacation. It also happened to be the night of our wedding anniversary. We were seated very quickly (at the bar) during an extremely busy night. The food was absolutely out of this world delicious. Ray the bartender was super busy but still very friendly. He even Googled how to make the crazy drink I asked for. It came out so delicious, I had a second one! I highly recommend Josephine's. The staff is friendly and the food is divine. I'd be a regular if I didn't live 8 hours away.

If you're wondering where the locals eat, you've found a gem in the Outer Banks with Josephine's. If your craving Italian at the beach...this is it. The atmosphere is awesome, the food is even better, and it's all packed in a location you would drive right by if you weren't in the know. You're welcome.

Absolutely delicious!! We ordered spinach balls- excellent. Lightly fried, filled with spinach. We had a very nice cabernet recommended from the server, whom gave us EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We had wonderful fresh baked bread to dip in olive oil and pesto. I ordered the chicken with mushrooms and red peppers on pasta- great sauce. Huge portion and fantastic! We also ordered the trio with fantastic 3 meatballs and sausage over pasta- lovely sauce. Huge portion again (dinner tomorrow night). We saved some room for scrumptious tiramisu and super fresh coconut cake along with cappuccinos. AWESOME!! Totally full!! Super lovely atmosphere. Team work with the staff. Exceptional service! Definitely will return. New menu every week. Love it!!

Went here last month (12/2022) for a work party, and was blown away by the service and the food! My favorites were the rice croquettes and the chicken sorrento. Everything was delicious, and the staff members were very kind! The young lady who made my drink was very polite and made a wicked cosmopolitan~! The negative reviews are few and far between for a reason. Please give this place a chance, even if its only a one and done.

Excellent service and food, I had asked the chef to prepare something off the menu, veal parmesan, the best veal parmesan I have had, Very tender, crisp and moist excellent sauce, so nice to see a caring and professional establishment
