There was only one person working and the group before us ordered a lot of milkshakes, it ended up taking so long the group behind us gave up and left. No one else was wearing masks either, including the staff person, so the prolonged service time was more of a concern than it typically would be. The staff member that fulfilled our order was helpful and friendly and didn't seem frustrated despite it being fairly late and busy. Maybe low staffing due to COVID, not sure. The ice cream was just okay, not bad but nothing I would seek out again especially with other concerns. One of my biggest concerns is a lack of seating, there are hardly any tables at all, and poor lighting. We ended up at a small table just off the main walkway in a flowerbed. It was quite dark so I couldn't see much and I ended up being bitten by what I think were fire ants because it was only on my feet and no one else was bothered (all other were in closed toed shoes, I was in sandals). Multiple bites on both feet, with intense burning then itching for days! I would not advise sitting there unless you have on shoes or at least shine a light under the table to look around first.
