What User doesn't like about Arthur's:
While the restaurant has good intentions, it was quite a trek for a visit when we're in the city. The fish sandwich was decent, but not exceptional. When we dined there, their computers were down, so we waited about 20 minutes and allowed them to note our order number since we were waiting for a taxi. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, which was appreciated. View all feedback.
