Ital Creations Food Stall - Basseterre

This place is great! everything is plant-based (they use honey. check them first with them when this is a problem for them.) the first time we came, we shared the peanut punch smoothie and a piece of maiscake. both were delicious. the next day we came to lunch before our flight to the house and got the lunch plates. they tasted very fresh and hearty. loved the herby side salad. were generous. they feel free to visit the small farm in the back while waiting for their order and be ready to be greeted by their friendly dogs. the card shows the wrong location here. use it on tripadvisor. it is located on the third round right when leaving the airport to the west.

Loved my ital gyros, accompanied by an excellent fitness smoothie we bought some cake to take with us, as we were too full to try them at the time. they enjoy the self-guided tour of the mini farm around the back, especially the turtle and puppy!

What a cozy place with beautiful gardens to see. the homemade juices were delicious and my man loved the cooked vegan meal. so much that he wants back today!

This tiny bite on the side of the road looks very inconceivable, but don't let it fool. among the children's toys that are sown over the front hof, there are a few picnic tables to eat and a garden of eden is waiting for you to explore. my fianced and I work on cruise ships and in every harbour it is always our first priority to find vegan food. we drove into a taxi and he took us a quick drive to the mountain away from the city. when we just pulled off the street, instead of moving into the parking lot of a restaurant, we were somewhat taken back. However, the owners were very welcoming as well as other regular ones who hung there. we ordered a sweet potato cake with a yellow split hem filling and a hummus embroidered by the side salad. also two fresh green juices directly from the cooler. while we waited, the owner told us to go for a walk on her organic pick-as-you-go farm. it was obvious that every meal they make comes from this lush garden. filled with local products and huge stalks of sugar cane, my engaged and I were really excited. the garden was also the playground for the owners six children. there was a tire swing and a basketball court on the back. we also went and played with their two dogs! my fiancée liked his veggie burger but he thought it was a bit on the dry side. the green juice was kind of lemon-long and perfectly sweetened. my meal was phenomenal and really filling out. I think I've been happy to come on this special day when they made this special, and the salate I took was not the freshest salate I've ever eaten, and the aromes were just as exotic as the environment. the woman called us a taxi (so sweet of her) and we bought her last piece of chocolate chia same cake (also delicious) on the way out. it was by far the best vegan experience we ever had. I propose to make it part of their day in st. kitts.
