The manager, Melissa, seemed to be preoccupied and not paying enough attention while taking our order. She made a mistake and we had to wait over 30 minutes for it to be corrected. The manager didn't even come to apologize when asked about the mistake. I have never experienced such poor customer service in Canada. To make matters worse, when we finally sat down to eat our sandwiches and drinks, they were all over the place.

I visit this restaurant multiple times a week and I have noticed that the floor has two or three dirty spots and spills.
