These people do not exist enough in this city. I recommend checking their pop-ups. I had a green smoothie of her pop-up at the Doon campus of Conestoga College. The food and drinks are of excellent quality, and the service is delightful. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking gluten-free or healthy options.
This restaurant is a hidden gem in the city that deserves more recognition. I highly recommend trying their pop-up events. During a visit to the Doon campus of Conestoga College, I had the chance to enjoy one of their green smoothies, and it was fantastic. It's rare to find food that is not only tasty and interesting but also doesn’t rely heavily on meat to deliver great flavors. For the few hours each week they operate, definitely make it a point to check them out. Kitchener-Waterloo lacks a variety of convincingly delicious vegetarian options, and I feel for those who follow a vegetarian or gluten-free diet but want to enjoy meals outside the overpriced grocery store scene.
These folks are a welcome addition to the local food scene, and I highly recommend trying their pop-up events. I had a green smoothie at their recent pop-up at Conestoga College's Doon campus, and it was a delightful surprise. It's hard to find food that is not only decent and interesting but also delicious while being plant-based. With only a few hours a week that they operate, I urge you to check them out. Kitchener-Waterloo is seriously lacking in truly satisfying vegetarian options. It’s a shame for those who are vegetarian or require gluten-free meals to feel restricted to overpriced grocery store options.
