Went here for lunch on my last day in Kitchener and found this to be a tasty place. The owner was very nice to the customers and the food was definitely worth the money. I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with extra mayo, extra cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce and tomatoes and it was yummy to the last bit. Definitely a place to visit again View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taste of Philli Cheese Steak:
The "wrap" i purchased was inedible. It was a mess of sauces, juices, and grease. By the time I got it back to the office to eat, it was completely inedible as a "wrap" and even with a fork it was a disgusting mess of grease and filth. Incredibly overpriced for such a horrid meal. Never again will I go there, nor will I recommend this to anyone. Stay away! View all feedback.

Everything is made to order. I went for the wrap which was pretty good - but of course you lose part of the Philly Cheesesteak experience with a wrap. Next time it's the standard bread sandwich.
The Philli Cheese Steak Sub is so delicious! This is a must have if you are in the mood for a sub! The food is delicious! The Service is friendly! You can eat in or take out! I totally recommend this restaurant!
If you've ever been to Philly, you know how great their cheese steak sandwiches are! These folks do them just as good. If you haven't been to Philly, save the travel costs and just come here for the best sandwich you've ever had. It's moist, flavourful and much healthier than typical fast food.Today I added chipotle mayo and roasted red peppers to the basic steak, sauteed onions, green peppers, fresh mushrooms, and melted Havarti cheese and also had a side of onion rings with mayo to dip in. The server made some excellent recommendations which improved my choices and enhanced the flavours and my experience - it can pay to listen to the server!Although the restaurant is fairly modest, I found my spirits lifting as I sat eating my sandwich and suddenly realized they had really great music playing in the background.
The food is very good, especially the Philly Cheesesteak. The service is very friendly. Overall good value for money except they do not accept credit cards which is a downside!
