The ice machine has been out of order for eight months, and now the drive-thru speaker is also broken, forcing customers to pull up to the window to place their orders. This has resulted in longer wait times. It seems like the store owner is either too cheap or simply doesn’t care about the experience. He frequently sits inside the restaurant watching his employees, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for diners.

I could hear people in the back yelling profanities, and I even overheard a worker say he was going to spit in someone's food. I'm not sure what has gone wrong here, but I definitely won't be returning. I've been a fan of Taco Bell for about 15 years, but this was unacceptable.

In the back, I heard workers shouting curse words, and I even overheard someone threatening to spit in a customer's food. I'm really not sure what's going on here. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back, and I've been a fan of Taco Bell for about 15 years.

Was only 3 cars In drive thru at the time and again, not a single one was served for 10 mins before I took off. This isn't an employee problem. This is a management problem.
