Khartoum Hotel Pub - Kitchener

Very friendly atmosphere, food was enjoyable. Easy to park. Worth the trip 10 minutes out of Cessnock.

Once again you have to try a local and this is a very nice place to come and eat. The service is a little slow, but hey you are in the country. Will be back again, good work guys

If you like traditional country pubs and country friendliness, this will work. No frills but a good enjoyable pub meal.

The Khartoum is your traditional hotel in the country. We eat there most fridays and after an exceptional meal last night I looked to read what reviews had been written - none so far. This pub certainly deserves a mention. the food is varied, cheap,totally reliable and sometimes exceptional.Far better than most of the pubs around Cessnock and there are many.yet often emptyThis Friday i had grilled barramundi, admittedly with too many chips but served with an excellent butter sauce and perfectly grilled. Better than most baramundi I have eaten in top restaurants when i have paid far mrs than the $20 this dish commanded.others ate grilled chicken, knuckle of pork, steak and calamari. There were no disappointments. if you are in cessnock and want an honest reliable pub meal - try the Khartoum.

We had a little bit of a wait for our meals. But it was well worth. Great value for money. Attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Great venue.
