I'm not sure how they make their ugali, but it pairs perfectly with either nyama choma or mbuzi fry, along with some fresh kachumbari. You can enjoy a meal there any day of the week, but I personally prefer going on Sunday afternoons. There's no specific reason for this; it's just my preference. Now I'm feeling hungry just thinking about it!
