We wer... read more Visited Robertos last night, the food was absolutely delicious.the staff were very friendly and attentive and was really nice to chat to the chef/owners. We were seated to our table and our drinks/food order was taken promptly. We had asked if we could have a short break between the starter and the main which was fully accommodated. We will definitely visit again as found the whole experience very enjoyable.

We were left for an hour at the bar and when we were asked to be seated the waitress said, “oh sorry I thought you were chatting” we knew this was a lie and when we made a complaint the chef came out to apologise because it was his fault. There was only “one chef” in the kitchen. This was also a lie. The chef showed us pictures of the ceiling collapsing from the bad rain from the night before. Surly they should have shut the kitchen!!! They gave us complimentary glasses of wine which then accumulated fruit flies in them!! My food was mediocre and my friend’s muscles was uncooked and had to be spat out. The manager did not give us anything complimentary/take anything off the bill for this horrible service and food. DO NOT EAT HERE.
