I honestly cannot express how amazing 'Bobby ' and our server were with us and our daughter. The food was great but the service really was the best we have ever received. I really cannot reccomend them enough. Thank you.

Kids throwing napkin... read more It seems having two very long tables of screaming kids and their selfish parents sitting on separate tables far away from their kids is ok. Kids throwing napkins etc and behaving like animals and the staff too afraid to say that was not ok to the parents. Couldn’t hear myself think and the service was slow. The food arrived cold. Our table was so close to the next we might as well have shared our seating. I wouldn’t ever come back.

Nothing was too much trouble for Ash who served us. Why can't all restuarants be like this. Thanks a lot, we will definitely be back.

Took our order,... read more We walked in and asked if they did walk ins, she said yes 15 minute wait. We got there at 6:10pm. We had a film booked at the cinema for 7:30pm. Took our order, 40 minutes had gone by, we noticed everyone else had their food delivered. We waited another 30 minutes and so I called a girl over, said we we’re going to be late and she said she’d check to see if our food was in the oven, came back and said “so sorry, not sure how it’s happened but your order has been misplaced, it will need to be put back in again”!!!! The food probably would of been nice, place looked clean but I think the customer service in there is what sadly ruins this business!

When I went to the restroom, I had to pass by the pizza dough that was being left out to prove, but it was infested with flies. I counted 4 flies the first time I passed by, and 3 on my way back. The dough was left uncovered and exposed. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, he gave me a dismissive look, as if I were being unreasonable.
