The staff were also very friendly and the experience was far better than the restaurant upstairs.

First floor with access by lift or the escalator. The staff are wonderful and caring and very polite. Tables are cleaned upon you leaving so there is always something available. There's low seating on couches or at a table if you prefer. The food is always fresh and the scones are delicious too.
