We came a couple of times for coffees. The coffees were nicely made, the girl doing it took her time and made an excellent cappuccino. The staff were friendly and helpful and for every drink you purchase you get a free refill if you keep your receipt. View all feedback.

A convenient place to pause and enjoy a coffee and snack while shopping in Batley Mill. It’s difficult to find a table at noon but we were lucky. Pleasant, helpful service when ordering and our toasties came reasonably quickly. The coffees were quite acceptable. Large outlet store with a beautiful mix of dealers. more here than when we visited before. good kitchen coffee choice.
Some of the stores are good but some seem to sell cheap rubbish. The lady on the Radley stand was very helpful, my wife felt under the weather so she got her a chair and asked if she wanted a drink, lovely lady. I bought some casual shirts upstairs and again the lady was very helpful.
Lovely day out 3 floors off shopping a little spaced out and low on stock cos off COVID, but 3 cafes middle one and bottom very nice and reasonable priced , top one rather poor .good disabled access throughout although disabled WC needs an update some shops out the back but garden center very poor but all in all well worth a visit on a wet cold day
Great bargains to be had. Lovely, helpful and very friendly staff, who made our day absolutely perfect. Great cafes too.
What a lovely cafe!! First floor with access by lift or the escalator. The staff are wonderful and caring and very polite. Tables are cleaned upon you leaving so there is always something available. There's low seating on couches or at a table if you prefer. The food is always fresh and the scones are delicious too.
