Tim Hortons - Kirkland

Please do not come to this Tim hortons! Completely filthy! We asked the girl twice to clean our table and she just swiped over it and the table is still filthy. Floors dirty, bathrooms dirty, staff not friendly

I used to go to this location a few years ago all the time.On my last visit today I was surprised and disgusted by the tables not one table was clean.when I proceeded to use the washroom there was no paper in the stall and the toilet bowl was incrusted with feces.Walked right out and mentioned to one of the workers only to be told the cleaning crew hadn't passed yet, it didn't seem to bother the crew at all and got piercing stares from them.I do t buy the cleaning crew story one bit.Just a dirty place.

Dining area: temperature uncomfortably cold! The heating does not appear to be working. After 10 mins of sitting every other patron put on their coat or tuque.

Without a doubt my personal favorite Tim Horton's. The staff knows my order by heart, and never messes it up. I rarely even need to order, only having to do so when I want an extra item.

Waited 20 minutes at 10 am on a Saturday and the line did not move. Needless to say we left very dissatisfied.Maybe hire more than one kid to work the front at a busy hour.Very poor management.
