What Michael H doesn't like about Soi Thai Restaurant Bar:
Great location, went twice for lunch.First visit: Tom yum soup was excessively sweet. Not just a little sweet, but way over the top sweet and not resembling any other tom yum or Thai food I have had. I commented to staff, their response was next time you can ask for less sweet and did nothing else. The restaurant is located upstairs in Kirkland Urban. I always get the red curry with prawns and rice and it is REALLY GOOD. Medium spicy is the right amount of flavor and heat. The place is popular, but if you go early, you never will have a problem getting in. They also have a ton of vegetarian options too. Will definitely be back. View all feedback.
