Sirena Gelato - Kirkland

Great ice cream with lots of flavors to choose from. I like the mint chip! Perfect spot on Park Lane downtown Kirkland.

Nice little ice cream shop at Kirkland. I went there for first time after reading the reviews. Tried Italian choco chip vanilla, mango and salted caramel.. all were tasty and had nice texture. Mango one was non diary and was little different. Definitely one should try if haven't already.

Since moving here this place was our favorite gelato place. We would go here frequently every couple weeks. When we ordered the gelato yesterday we were shocked when we noticed the quality drastically decreased. The texture used to be very smooth and creamy but with a more fulfilling taste and now it’s very liquidity/icy and lacked flavor. Also the service didn’t seem as friendly as they used to be and the stamp cards were discontinued. Sad to see my favorite place go downhill like this. Leaving this review to draw attention to the owners to hopefully go back and fix some of these problems.

Definitely not Italian Gelato and not even particularly good ice cream. I had an afogato and the hazelnut ice-cream was gummy with huge ice crystals. See photo. Like something that had thawed and refrozen. I came here years ago and the Gelato was great then but I don't think I will be back.

So sad that they changed the vendor or recipe! We've been monthly regulars for years, was shocked to see that all the gelato looked different, and wow, the taste is nothing at all like it used to be. The flavors I had that were icy, gummy, and almost no flavor. Used to be so smooth, creamy and full of flavor. Please sirena, bring back the old stuff! It used to be so perfect!
