What User doesn't like about Kangus Coffee:
Becoming a local institution. Small for seating but punches above its weight. Good location allows you to avoid the town or retail parks. Owners assure you a warm welcome. Coffee they use has its own distinct taste...may not appeal universally but certainly sets it aside from chain offerings. All very ecologically sound (biodegradables), with vegan cakes also. Small venue with as many tables and chairs as they can fit in so no-one misses out. The cake looked and tasted fab but the hot chocolate was more a mug of hot milk.
The welcome was cheerful and warm : . The salad was delicious as were the cake and bagel which I took to go. Even though the city seems a bit bleak next door, I'll be back for the sunshine I found at Kangus, I really loved my time there. Updated from previous review on 2023-05-22
