I went in to enjoy a hot chocolate, what a disappointment. I got a small handless cup with lukewarm chocolate, won't be going back in there in a hurry
Why are your drinks not served like they look in the photos you display or the way they are described !!!! . 3 times now had caramel fudge hot...
Shop looks fantastic and the coffee even better
Meh, even for a Costa. Given it a few chances too.
