What Lorna B doesn't like about Chop Sticks:
Placed delivery order over phone at 18:50. Told it would be 1hr. Phoned after 90mins, and told it had left premises and would be 10mins. Finally appeared 20mins later and was lukewarm. Not a great experience and unlikely to order again. Shame as used to be good. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 View all feedback. What K L likes about Chop Sticks:
I have ordered from Chopsticks several times and the food is always delicious. The orders arrive promptly and are still hot. I particularly enjoy the complimentary spring rolls, as they are much tastier than any I have had before. The delivery service is great. I typically order dinner and the price falls between £10-20 per person. I rate the food and service as a 5 out of 5. View all feedback.

read moreChopsticks has garnered mixed reviews, revealing a fluctuating experience for diners. While some patrons praise the restaurant for its delicious gluten-free options and prompt delivery, others express frustration over long wait times and poor service. Complaints about lukewarm meals, rude interactions, and issues with the payment process have dampened enthusiasm. However, its complimentary spring rolls and commitment to accommodating dietary restrictions are notable highlights. While many appreciate the quality of the food—especially its gluten-free offerings—consistent service challenges leave some customers hesitant to return. Overall, Chopsticks stands out for its culinary strengths but struggles to meet expectations across the board.
