My husband has had to return his s... read more I think the problem comes from the kitchen staff who prepare the food, as they don’t seem to pay close attention to requests. My husband has had to return his sandwich several times because, despite asking for no mayonnaise, it kept being included. He did mention that Corey was very polite and appreciated that he handled the situation without any attitude, unlike some other employees he’s dealt with when orders were wrong. When we went for lunch yesterday, October 14, 2022, at the 4535 Hwy 70 W location, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. At first, I thought it was just me, but I overheard other customers complaining about the temperature and some even putting their coats back on. This made the experience unpleasant and caused my food to cool off much faster than expected.

The food we received was exc... read more We waited about five minutes before someone came to take our order. When they finally did, the cashier assisted us with placing it. The food we received was excellent—hot and fresh. The only downside was the loud rap music coming from the kitchen, which was clearly audible in the dining area.
