When I came back, Kwamane personally handed me a fresh batch of hot chicken, completely replacing my previous order. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Kwamane!

The fries had a strange tast... read more We arrived at 11:16 AM, and unfortunately, the burger was cold. We ordered the Frisco burger, but the bacon was also cold and limp. The fries had a strange taste, almost like burnt grease. I was really disappointed, as I usually love Hardee's. The two stars are for the customer service; the manager was fantastic.
