When I came back, Kwamane personally handed me a fresh batch of hot chicken, completely replacing my previous order. The customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Kwamane!

I only hoped for a hot meal, but sadly, that was not what I received. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

We gave them two order combos and they were both large but then she spoke back and said those were small drinks and we said no we didn't mention small at all th... read more We gave them two order combos and they were both large but then she spoke back and said those were small drinks and we said no we didn't mention small at all they were large drinks large combos so then when we got to the window we ended up getting smallfries but we were charged for the large combos because those were the fries they had only cooked at the time if I were gettinghot once we got them and got our largest like we had wanted but the burgers come find out after eating those were cooked todeath charcoal to no end but girl was friendly and nice though at the drive-thru it's just the burgers were overcooked and theorder wasn't taken correctly but nice folks though

My husband ordered double burger cheeseburger and they gave him a Jr bacon cheeseburger instead of regular size burger bun and the bread is hard as a rock , lettuce is so old and flimsy, and they charge him $9.00 for hard breadsmall cheeseburger. I won?t recommend this place to anyone, it?s nasty on the inside as well!!! Service is so slow, if I canrate this place zero I would.
