The woman at the window did not demonstrate good customer service skills and rushed me while I was placing my order. When I inquired whether my order was a small or large, she abruptly changed it and said that’s what I should have asked for in the first place. Her attitude was rude, and I worry that she might have treated other customers in the same manner. Perhaps she would be better suited for a position in the back of the restaurant.

We found ourselves repeatedly going back to request food and cups that were missing. When I finally received my meal, it was cold, and the temperature inside the restaurant was uncomfortably warm.

The woman at the window insulted me with a derogatory name. It felt like they had handed over their online orders to someone who didn’t care about our food. The manager acted too lazy to address the issues we faced, and our jalapeño poppers arrived only half-eaten. Just go somewhere else, like Vernon’s or Heikes.
