John and his family co... read more A little hidden gem in Kinnitty.. myself and 2 friends are just back from 2 nights on a girly glamping getaway, we all had a great time.. John and his family could not do enough for us, nothing was too much bother. We had great craic in Giltraps pub sampling the local beer with the locals. The bike hire for a cycle to Kinnitty Castle snd surrounding areas was fab and excellent facilities on site. Couldn't recommend here enough.

The cabins were so comfortable, the pub was perf... read more Stayed here with 34 girls on a hen party. We had full run of the place. Staff could not have been more helpful. The cabins were so comfortable, the pub was perfect and allowed us to decorate the place. The BBQ was exceptional and breakfast hampers the next morning were lovely. I could not them.

Very warm/friendly welcoming village pub , the staff here are very efficient and always a smile on thier faces , the pub has a very traditional Irish pub feel ,... read more Very warm/friendly welcoming village pub , the staff here are very efficient and always a smile on thier faces , the pub has a very traditional Irish pub feel , the toilets are very clean and usable , there are pool tables and a darts board . Food is served daily , mainly pizza and one other dish of chicken goujons/chips (not that exciting but fills a gap) the Guinness is excellent : cold, creamy and moorish as it should be . This pub is a great place to be and I thoroughly recommend it on a visit to beautiful Kinnitty .

Other half said the Guinness was lovely, I had a mineral to begin with, being designated driver but was delighted to find my go to Non Alcoholic Drink was stocked. Thanks Eleanor Crew
