What a great pub! The staff was super, quick to use and very helpful when it came to my groups allergy requirements and also ensured that we take care and always smile! The food was quickly served and piping hot, very tasty, would recommend the burgers! The drinks were quite expensive and the Jelly Baby Pitcher was divine. Would recommend this pub to everyone, beautiful spacious beer garden, what a wonderful decor! T... View all feedback.
What Nicki W doesn't like about Goodfellowship Inn:
The food at this restaurant was served cold, and some dishes were even partially frozen. There were no condiments on the tables, and the entire meal took over 3 hours to be served across three courses. Additionally, the restaurant had issues with their till float, so they were unable to accept cash payments. The bar area also had a foul smell of rotten sewers. Overall, this experience was completely unacceptable. View all feedback.
This restaurant is not worth your time or money. My group of 11, including three children, went there to celebrate a birthday and it was a complete disaster. We waited over an hour for our food, which is understandable for a large group, but when it finally arrived, only a few meals were served and one of the children's meals was missing. The waitress was rude and told us the food would come out when it comes out. The quality of the food was horrible, with undercooked, raw, and cold dishes. The mixed grill even had boiled chicken on it, which was a strange choice. The place smelled of stale beer and had mold on the walls. It's a shame because it used to be a nice pub. The bar staff offered us a partial refund since the manager refused to come to the bar, citing that they only had one chef on duty. It's clear that the establishment is not being managed properly by Marsdens.

Absolutely shocking Xmas meal, everything was cold and was then warmed up in a microwave when we complained,3 frozen sprouts,4 hard pieces of carrot,3 tiny pieces of roast potato, paxo stuffing ball and an embarrassingly small amount of turkey also found a pig in blanket under the meat about an inch long,we were supposed to have lunch at 1 o clock and finally got it at 2-10 an hour and ten minutes late.wont ever go again
The pub is a horrible environment clicky clans and a rough place there is a pub not far up the road old grey mare nice friendly environment don't waste your money there!! Spend it on a pub that belongs to stay open ! Goodfellowship have a bar maid Imogen stuck up ignorant and belongs on a scrap yard don't waste your time
I was disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. I tried to order through the waiter reader, but it didn't go through so I had to reorder at the bar. The food was average. I also ordered a dessert and had to ask multiple times where it was. Despite the lack of customers, the service was poor. To make matters worse, we had to tolerate inappropriate language from some people at the bar while we ate. Thankfully, there were no children present. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to this restaurant.
