Despite being a loyal patron, many visitors have recently faced significant disappointments at this local Dunkin' Donuts. Reports of incorrect orders abound, with mismatched drinks and missing items becoming frustratingly common. Service issues have also emerged, including unprofessional behavior from management. Customers have left feeling undervalued, encountering cold food and inadequate attention to detail. While some appreciate the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, persistent problems like leaking cups further detract from the overall experience. What was once a comforting routine has devolved into a source of stress, leaving many yearning for improvements.

Everything was great except being late
Let's talk about Dunkin, but this particular location is not good. The dining room is often closed and the service is terrible. I suggest avoiding this place.
This restaurant is really terrible. I ordered lemonade and they gave me green tea instead. When I tried to return it, they insisted that it was lemonade. Additionally, the ice was not even floating in the drink. This is not the first time they have gotten my order wrong.
2 young kids stood at the register flirting with girls while we waited 20 mins for our food. Horrible service When asked if he could ring us up the said that he didn't know how to work the register.
This branch stopped putting butter on the bagel for you and the butter they serve is too hard (not soft enough) to spread yourself. This is a nightmare to try and accomplish while also driving. Much better off waiting in line at Gunther Tooties who still provide services such as spreading the butter for you.It 's tough, you go to Dunkies because America Runs on Dunkin ' and you are looking for something fast and easy to eat/drink on the go, especially as a commuter.Go here as a last resort/in a pinch only. I ended up tossing the bagel because by the time the butter softened, the toasted bagel was cold and stale.
