Dunkin' - Kingston

The owners of this restaurant are very cheap. I have been ordering the same drink for 5 years with less ice, and it has never been half full until now. When I mentioned it to the owner, he rudely questioned why I didn't point it out sooner. He then started yelling at me and speaking badly about me to his wife. I understand that a review of a Dunkin' Donuts may seem insignificant, but I am truly shocked by the unprofessional behavior displayed by the owner.

I went to the restaurant and purchased a coffee and a 2 for $3 breakfast deal. I had over $4 on my app, and the cashier scanned my app for a free coffee that I had previously earned. However, he insisted that I owed him money, even though my coffee was free and my total purchase was only $3. When I checked my app, I saw that he had taken all my money, leaving my account balance at 0. I calmly explained that with my free coffee and $3 breakfast, I should have had around $1 left on my account. The cashier refused to acknowledge his mistake and threatened to call security. I sarcastically suggested that maybe they could help him with basic math. It was surprising to encounter someone who was unable to do simple calculations without relying on a computer. Unfortunately, he was unwilling to admit his error and could not provide any resolution because "the computer says" otherwise. It was a frustrating experience dealing with someone who couldn't even handle simple change.

This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in the country. I visit 2-4 locations a day on average all over the state. This particular branch is always clean, quick, and my order is consistently perfect. The coffee tastes great and the staff is very friendly. They treat everyone like family.

As always you can count on a good cup...I've been coming here at this store for more than twenty years

Waited 20 minutes got the wrong coffee twice. Way over priced, poor customer service.
