Decent cup of coffee and some fun pastries. Apprently one is from Portugal ??. A custard pastry with a puffy crust. They also do a lot of pizzas, including some creative ones like chicken and hot honey. There is a ramp to the side, which makes this place accessible for all. Lots of parking. View all feedback.
What Jessica Kearney doesn't like about Cravings Cafe:
Have always loved ordering from cravings and eating at the cafe. I often order from them. However, today I ordered a burger and sandwich to go. I asked for a gluten free option or sourdough option for the sandwich as I have a gluten intolerance. To which they said “they do not have either”. Even though sourdough is listed on their menu. The burger was ordered well done and was completely pink and undercooked inside,... View all feedback.
Really did not want to do this but it’s my last ditch effort to get my money back. I’ve never even eaten here and I’m happy to take the review down once the issue is resolved. I ordered a sandwich through their website to be picked up 9 days ago. When the person picking it up for me arrived, they told him they were out of the cheese to make it. 100% fine. He didn’t have time to wait for something else for me so we asked to just cancel the order and get a refund. The person working the counter said that would be fine and I would be refunded. The following Wednesday (5days later) I remember to check if the refund has gone through and it has not. Again, no problem mistakes happen. I call and nicely ask for an update on the situation. The person on the phone was not of authority to give me the refund and said they would leave my name and number for the manager to call me the next day. Nobody called me the following day. So Friday, I call again asking to please speak to a manager and I’m told again that no one is there which I understand. This employee kindly told me sorry, she took my name and number again and that the manager should call me tomorrow. No one called me the next day. If I had a better idea of when a manager would be in and when I would hear from them, I wouldn’t be so concerned, but now that I’ve called twice and sent a message through Instagram (since there’s no email to contact anyone) I’m not feeling very confident that I will ever hear from a manager so unfortunately, this is my last resort. I never ate anything from your restaurant and I still have a $20 charge. I truly just want my money back please. This has been a very strange and unprofessional experience. EDIT: Hi owner, sorry to hear you found this to be a misunderstanding! I don’t know if they misinformed me about running out of mozzarella but regardless that actually didn’t bother me at all, I was just fine with cancelling my order and trying again another time. Unfortunately, I did make “a simple phone call” 3 times as well as an attempt to instagram DM you since you have no email contact! I worked in a family owned business running the takeout department for 10 years so I do understand how negative reviews effect a business. However, I also understand it takes effort on both customer and business end to resolve an issue and you seemed to be dodging my efforts entirely. If you were unable to process my refund yourself all you had to do was call me back after one of the 3 times I left my contact information to let me know it would have to be a bank dispute instead. Maybe you make excellent food at your establishment and I’m sure you have many loyal customers, but I do wish you luck in the future on how to handle customers much more angry and difficult than me! Your staff deserves better management support than this. Best wishes.

Yum. New management is great. Got the Cuban… delicious.

The burger was ordered well done and was completely pink and undercooked inside, the fries tasted like the oil had not been changed, super mushy. We paid just over $25.00 and one of the meals was not even cooked. Super disappointed as we used to eat here frequently and always try to eat at local spots over big chains.
I asked if my total order was included and when I arrived home found that the Cobb salad was not included The person I called expected me to come back in to make it right I asked them to refund and they did not know how. Very unprofessional They just didn’t care No one was in the place so distractions not an excuse
