Tim Hortons - Kingston

The first time I stopped here, everything was in order, but the second time around the working speed was extremely slow. I came over megaby and had 20 minutes before the bus again, the employees worked today extremely slow and did not seem to pay attention. it seemed as if only one or two workers tried to keep the pace. the line was not so long, and the 20 minutes ran out. I noticed that a few people before me had to tell their orders because of the time, so I had to cancel mine when it hit the departure time. I think if the workers were more on the way, knew what they were doing and cared for their work, then everyone who had canceled their order today would have gotten their drinks in time before our bus went. Now I just wait for my refund, which they allegedly refunded, but as I see it, from the employment of the hired, they probably did not try to refund one of the cancelled orders so that I will not get my refund.

It was around midday and ordered 2 packs. best place to order packings. they make them perfect, they do not fall apart, they are fully wound, and the package is not torn as some other places. Not to mention, they are surprisingly fast to make them. tldr: they put actual efforts to make their packs.

Always a happier visit at this place. coffee always tastes fresh, they are a good quality, even if the drive thru is fed, and always by fast.

Never got any baked stuff ready. they also never tell them while their order that leads to people who reorder at the window. probably the worst tim hortons in kingston
