Contribute FeedbackStone City is a popular spot in Kingston known for its on-site brewed beers and unique menu offerings. While some reviews mention shortcomings in the charcuterie board and vegan mac & cheese, highlights include the chicken and waffles, fresh rolls, guacamole, and beers. The ambiance is described as hipsterish, the service as pleasant, and the selection of house-made condiments and craft beers as top-notch. With a focus on hops-heavy IPAs and unique dishes like hummus and chorizo burgers, Stone City offers an elevated pub experience for locals and visitors alike.
So much flavour and experimenting. I've never had a bad beer. The staff are always friendly. They have a delicious, ever changing menu that has a modern twist on classics and seems to have something for everyone...including vegan options. Great patio and I love the roll up garage door.
I 've been to a lot of brewpubs and Stone City Ales is one of the best. The menu is very well thought out and executed perfectly. Presentation and taste are fantastic with a number of great beers to pair with your meal. The option to chose what meats and cheese you want on your board is a really nice touch too. The place was packed but our server, Olivia took the time to go over the beer and food menu with knowledge and a smile. Great job folks! Can 't wait to try your 'Peach don 't kill my vibe '
I'm sipping (and loving) an Uncharted IPA, unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your point of view) I'm enjoying it at Cest What in Toronto.
This is the best brewery in Kingston! (And also the best place to get a drink period. The atmosphere is great, it has a ship-like theme which is really fun. The bartenders and servers are friendly, the food is freshly made and fantastic, and the beers and ciders rotate often and are almost always amazing. The music is also usually on point. I love this place so much and have missed it dearly since moving to Ottawa.
Stopped by today for a quick pint, but our quick visit soon turned into a couple hours when we discovered they 're delicious shareable platters. Would highly recommend the 'Magic Mushrooms ' and 'Let it Brie. ' I had the 'Jugernaught ' Imperial Stout and it was by far the best beer I have ever had! Definitely check this place out!
