What LRB doesn't like about Pizza Pizza:
Took over an hour to prepare a single Lg pizza for delivery. To be clear the pizza was not ready to be deliver for well over an hour. Tried to call, and of course I get some random call center. Never again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Service: 1 View all feedback.

Upon arrival two other guests walked out due to not being served or greeted. After 20 minutes of waiting, watching the employee look over at me, he walked over and then sent another guy to help me.
