Osmow's Shawarma - Kingston

Osmows has the best food and service. I enjoy her chicken on the rocks a lot! The person at the checkout that took my order today even gave me free extra tips that are such a gesture I had not expected! Can't wait to visit this place more often:

Great service with a smile. I screwed my order and asked for rice instead of Pommes. They liked to change them for me. The food was very delicious and full of taste. I don't agree with anyone who left a bad assessment to be honest. Each restaurant has up and down there and to leave a review because of the cold pommes not represented the restaurant as a whole. have you been eating?

I heard from friends the chicken shawarma wraps were amazing. They were right ! The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. It was a great experience and I will definitely be heading back soon.

I don't know what happened to this place? Used to be so fresh and good. Ordered chicken on the rocks and the rice and chicken were cold. The chicken tasted dry and the rice was dry too. They used to carve the chicken and fry it up right in front of you. Sure you'd wait a little longer, but at least it was hot and fresh. Now they keep the chicken in a warming tray probably sitting there for hours! Come on, get it together and serve customers some hot fresh food!

I frequently visit Kingston from Belleville and make it a point to alternate between the two Osmows locations during my Costco trips. The food at both places has consistently been superb; I've tried all seven daily specials and even crafted my own shawarma, always enjoying a stellar and generous meal. The staff is consistently kind and helpful, never rude when I ask questions before ordering. I highly recommend this place, as well as the other Osmows I've previously reviewed. Kudos to the professional and kind staff – keep up the excellent work, you all deserve your pay at the end of the week.
