House of Donair (Princess & Division)

The potatoes were not fresh nor crispy at all, and there was very little veggies beside the dish! Donair was so thick and hard (I think it was very stale! . I feel like I had some kind of food poisoning!

Service was excellent and garlic sauce is spot on, but the potatoes were not at all crispy and the donair has a hot-dog like taste.

The first time we came here, the service and food were excellent! The second time, the portion was smaller (employee did not weigh the meat like the first employee) and there were burnt bits throughout the meat. The third time, the employee did not weigh the meat. That same visit, I brought the wrong card in to pay. The employee followed me out, locked the door, and then acted annoyed when I came back to the door with the correct card to pay for my already prepared food. When I left, he again followed me out and closed the store for the night, 45 minutes before their posted closing time. The manager of this location needs to take control of their store, or adjust their hours permanently instead of wasting people's time.

Tried for first time Feb 25. Wow. Great portions, lots of topping selection and incredible flavor with fair prices. Will definitely be back.

This place has one of the BEST (if not the BEST) donair (doner) I have ever eaten. I have never seen a place where they add sweet sauce on top of the donair. But this is exactly what makes especial. You can get a donair sandwich or a donair plate which is my favourite. The meat is a bit spicy though but delicious. I recommend their regular poutine as well as the donair poutine. The staff are very nice and friendly. A BIG recommend .
