Domino's Pizza - Kingston

Ordered a pizza for my son and his wife, they just had a new baby. Sent it to the wrong address, and they fixed it. Thank you Dominoes.

I've ordered online for pickup multiple times now. They make the pizzas quite fast and it's usually ready by the time I arrive. There are great coupons on the dominos website and I've got an extra large for $15 after tax before. It seems that incorrect portion sizes cold food seem to be an ongoing issue with this store.Every time I get dominos I always get the same thing which is a build your own pasta every time it’s either sent cold with little amount of pasta noodles or I’m given something that’s not over cooked. The supervisors get ignorant when a complaint is brought to their attention you are made to feel guilty for even calling in the first place. This store use to be my favourite to order from but in the last couple months it seems that they just don’t care about the expectations regular customers have.I use to work for a very well known million dollar franchise was a manager for nearly 6 years so my advice for fixing the constant problems with this store, would be to go over standard kitchen procedures with the staff, retraining the correct portions as well as cook times.

Bad customer service, workers just want to get paid and go home without doing any work.
